Welcome to Martha's Grandad Postage & Policies:

All Ceramic items are made by me with a little help from my young daughter Martha in my Ceramic Studio in North Wales. As each piece is handmade there may be variation in finish and detail but this adds to the unique feel of the piece.

UK Postage

All parcels will be dispatched within working 4 days.

Deliveries within the UK will be made using Royal Mail 'Signed For' 1st Class 1 day delivery or an equivalent courier service. Cost of UK postage and packaging starts at £2.40.

If you are local to me (Conwy, Wales) and would prefer to collect your order in person, then please contact me immediately after ordering and I can refund the delivery cost.

International Shipping

International parcels are sent using Royal Mail International Standard Delivery, which take 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days to the rest of the world. The cost of postage and packaging for this service starts at £10.00.

All local taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

The bowls will be gift wrapped in a kraft natural gift box made from partly recycled fibres and fully recyclable with a signature ‘Martha’s Grandad’ parcel ticket. I make every effort to reuse and recycle as much packaging as possible and use whatever wrapping it takes to get your purchase to you in one piece but rest assured at the centre of parcel will be your chosen item/s packed securely.

Returns

I hope you will get just as much joy from your Martha’s Grandad product as I get from making them. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, I can accept returns within 10 working days of you receiving them. Please contact me at marthasgrandad@gmail.com to arrange details of the return. For a refund items must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Breakages

In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives damaged or broken, please contact me within 2 working days and send photographs of the damage to marthasgrandad@gmail.com. As all items are unique and made in small quantities I may not be able to replace like-with-like, but I will do my best to rectify the issue and a refund will be made if necessary.
